The soup is specially created under the supervision of Kanai Kazushige, the owner of the famous Kanto restaurant "Tsukemen Kazu," and the noodles are made by the "Fuki Noodle Research Institute," which uses domestic wheat flour carefully selected by noodle makers and underground water from Aso.Enjoy authentic Chinese noodles that go beyond the realm of a gyoza restaurant.

We welcome private banquets for groups! Our restaurant is equipped with warm wooden tables and counter seating.We also accept reservations for private use for large groups.
